Fluxero
Green Hydrogen · Built for global deployment
Investor & Partner Briefing — 2026

Green hydrogen from the energy the grid throws away.

Fluxero deploys Small Modular Hydrogen Plants that capture curtailed wind, solar and hydro — and convert it into green hydrogen, at the source, before the grid can reject it.

01 — The Problem

The world is paying to switch clean power off.

When wind and solar generate more than the grid can carry, operators pay generators to stop. The clean electricity is simply discarded — and the cost is passed to consumers.

The bottleneck is transmission, not generation — and it is the same story on every fast-growing grid, from Europe to the US, China and Brazil.

03 — The Market

Clean hydrogen demand is global, mandated, and unmet.

The world already runs on hydrogen — almost entirely the dirty kind. Replacing it is a like-for-like market that exists today, before counting new demand in steel, shipping and transport. Roughly 50% of global food supply depends on nitrogen fertilisers derived from hydrogen — making green hydrogen a direct lever on food security.

Governments have set hard low-carbon targets and have no cheap way to supply them. The market exists; the affordable clean supply does not.

04 — The Solution

Fluxero puts the plant where the energy is wasted.

1
Co-locate at constrained sites
A Small Modular Hydrogen Plant is installed beside wind, solar or hydro that is routinely curtailed — no new grid connection required.
2
Capture power that would be switched off
We take the surplus electricity the grid cannot absorb — the cheapest electron there is, because the alternative is discarding it.
3
Electrolyse on-site, deliver to offtakers
Green hydrogen is produced on-site and supplied to industry and mobility customers — modular units that replicate site by site.

05 — Unit Economics

Free input electricity changes the economics of hydrogen.

Electricity is 60–70% of the cost of making hydrogen. When the input is curtailed power that would otherwise be wasted, that cost collapses.

Below $2/kg
the widely-cited competitiveness threshold — reachable when the dominant input cost is near zero, versus $4–12/kg for conventional green hydrogen.

07 — Physical AI

The moat isn't the hardware. It's Physical AI.

The gap between software and the physical world is the hardest problem in technology — the same frontier reshaping robotics. Fluxero is building genuine technique, expertise and IP in Physical AI: machines that sense, decide and act in the real world. That is what makes us defensible — not the steel, but the intelligence inside it.

Force 01
AI is starving for power
Compute demand is exploding far faster than grids and datacentres can supply.
Force 02
Clean power is wasted
Record volumes of renewable energy are curtailed and thrown away every year.
Fluxero closes the loop
A self-optimising plant-robot turns the waste into hydrogen.
It captures the curtailed power, makes versatile green hydrogen, and routes energy into the pockets the grid can't reach — getting smarter every cycle.
The plant-robot
Each Small Modular Hydrogen Plant runs on onboard edge AI — it senses, decides and optimises autonomously, without a human in the loop. The Physical-AI wave transforming industrial robotics, pointed squarely at energy.

08
08 — The Digital–Physical Twin

Every plant makes the next one smarter.

A live digital twin simulates and commands the plant; the plant-robot feeds real-world data back; the twin sharpens itself and re-optimises the plant. Each loop deepens a proprietary dataset — compounding IP that improves Fluxero's models and every future SMHP.

11 — Unfair Advantage

Why Fluxero is hard to copy.

01
Plug into the waste, not the grid
At-source siting sidesteps the multi-year grid-connection queue that blocks competitors.
02
Modular & capital-light
A standard unit replicates across hundreds of constrained sites — each a financeable asset.
03
A proprietary data layer
The Hydrogen Lake compounds: better siting, operations and demand intelligence over time.
04
Timing on our side
Curtailment is accelerating on every major grid worldwide — a first-mover into a widening, global problem.
